Multifamily Portfolio Near University of Chicago Listed for Sale

Kiser Group announced the exclusive listing of the University of Chicago Portfolio, two multifamily opportunities located adjacent to the University of Chicago campus. The portfolio will officially hit the market with an asking price of $10 million and current occupancy at 95%.

The University of Chicago Portfolio is being marketed by Lee Kiser and the Birk | Sklar team, including Partners Noah Birk and Aaron Sklar. Formerly owned and operated by the University of Chicago as student dormitories, this portfolio presents a compelling investment with strong in-place cash flow and exceptional value-add potential. Each building in the offering is directly adjacent to campus, providing unparalleled access to a consistent tenant base and long-term leasing stability.

“The chance to acquire former University of Chicago assets at a low per-unit basis—with existing cash flow and future repositioning potential—is virtually unheard of in this location,” said Lee Kiser, Principal and Managing Broker at Kiser Group.
