Multifamily Investment Manager Moves to Rudin Tower

JLL has completed a 6,306-square-foot lease for Limekiln Real Estate Investment Management, LP, for the partial 41st floor at 41 Madison Ave. in Manhattan. The tenant, an alternative investment manager focused on multifamily, is relocating from 386 Park Ave. South.

Located on Madison Square Park, 41 Madison is a home to leading firms in finance, communications, and talent as well as the New York Merchandise Mart, the city’s premier tabletop destination and a global center for the tabletop industry.

Vice chairman Alexander Chudnoff and associate VP Kristen Morgan with JLL represented Limekiln Real Estate. Property owner Rudin Management Company was represented in-house by VP Robert Steinman.

“41 Madison offers extraordinary views with direct access to the city’s most dynamic neighborhoods, featuring abundant amenities including restaurants, shops and entertainment,” said Morgan. “The space provides significant flexibility, superior access to mass transit and an environment ideally suited to attracting and retaining talent.”
