Multifamily in Hip North Park Area Sells to Renkin 2006 Trust
A six-unit multifamily property located San Diego’s North Park neighborhood recently sold for $3.19 million to Renkin 2006 Trust. The property is located at 3361 Dale St.
Corey McHenry and Peter Scepanovic of Colliers International represented the Newport Beach-based seller, Dale Apartments San Diego LP. Richard Thornton of Cal-Prop Realty represented the buyer.
“3361 Dale is located in a hip and highly desirable area in the heart of North Park,” said McHenry. “The new ownership was able to acquire a rarely offered, highly upgraded property in one of San Diego’s top residential locations with strong renter demand.”
The 5,994-square-foot building includes all two-bedroom and two-bathroom floor plans with completely renovated interior and exterior features.
