Multifamily Group Helps Spin Off Four Texas Rental Properties
The Multifamily Group (TMG), a Dallas-based commercial real estate brokerage firm, announced today the sale of four multifamily assets totaling 214 units located throughout Texas – Ashton Park (Killeen), Pavilion Apartments (Paris), Bella Capri (Grand Prairie), and Battalion Heights (Killeen).
“All four sales went off smoothly,” said TMG’s Chase Davis. “We had 20 offers on Pavilion with significant competition achieving a purchase price 15% above list in a down market with hard money day 1.”
With Bella Capri, TMG successfully assisted a 1031 exchange buyer identify their replacement property while also providing hard money day 1.
Battalion Heights’ buyer preempted the marketing process and closed within 75 days in a constantly changing debt market.
Ashton Park’s sale marks TMG’s 21st deal in the Killeen MSA since 2017, totaling 2,939 units, a 44% lead over competitors.
