Multifamily Development Firm Brook Farm Group Launches in Atlanta

Brook Farm Group — a multifamily development firm that will focus on the rising demand in lifestyle and path-of-growth markets throughout the Sunbelt and mountain states with a concentration on dynamic MSAs in the southeastern US — has opened in Atlanta, GA.

The firm focuses on markets with strong business climates that support long-term job creation and dynamic housing opportunities. It is backed by private capital sources.

Brook Farm Group founders Peter DiCorpo and Eric Hade have a combined 50+ years of experience in multifamily development, acquisitions, joint ventures, investment and asset management across more than 40,000 units and $10 billion in real estate.

DiCorpo has held leadership roles at CBRE, AIG and The Allen Morris Company. Hade has real estate development, legal and operational experience and was previously the chief development officer of Waypoint Residential and CIO at Lane Company.
