Multicultural Retirement Community Slates October Opening

Aman Living’s Verandah Retirement Community, reportedly the Midwest’s first multicultural retirement community, will see its first move-ins in October. Located at 900 W. Irving Park Rd. in Hanover Park, IL, the community will provide a continuum of care by offering 55 townhomes, 72 condominiums and an 80-bed facility with 68 assisted living units and 12 memory care studios.

Earlier this summer, Verandah marked the grand opening of its Phase 1 clubhouse and decorated ranch townhome model.

“Based on the overwhelming positive response we had at the grand opening of our clubhouse, where we had more than 500 guests, we are beyond excited to welcome our first residents to Verandah this fall,” said Dr. Anuja Gupta, principal and managing partner of Aman Living. “We’ve also added a buyer guest suite adjacent to the community clubhouse, so interested buyers can enjoy a short stay and experience everything we have to offer.”
