Multi-Tenant, Suburban-Phoenix Office Complex Changing Hands
The busy (and getting busier) corridor of Hwy West 101 – near Interstate 10 – in Phoenix is seeing an uptick in business-center dealings with Cushman & Wakefield advising on a new sale of a suburban office park. The deal is valued at $24.7 million.
The West 101 Business Center is an 118,853-square-foot, multi-tenant suburban office park, consisting of three single-story buildings. The property was acquired by Higley Project LLC, a Wyoming-based investor. The property was approximately 87% occupied and sold for $24.7 million.
The seller was Humphreys Capital, which was represented in the transaction by Steve Lindley, Eric Wichterman, Alexandra Loye and Mike Coover of Cushman & Wakefield.
Built in 2006 and situated on nearly 10 acres, the complex offers brick exterior buildings that feature high ceilings, lots of glass for natural light, and … (wai for it) … ample parking.
