Multi-Tenant Retail Property in Missouri Sells

Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of a two-tenant center featuring a SmileShack dental office and Domino’s Pizza store in Raytown, Missouri. The 6,360-square-foot retail property was purchased by a California-based company.

Senior Managing Directors, Austin Weisenbeck, and Sean Sharko, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing for the property on behalf of the seller. The buyer was secured and represented by Weisenbeck and Sharko. A new loan was originated on the deal by the existing lender. David Saverin, Regional Manager, Broker of Record of Missouri, assisted in closing this transaction.

The 100 percent occupied property is located at 9103 E State Rte 350 in the Kansas MSA on a high visibility corner. Domino’s and SmileShack offer annual rent increases. Domino’s has occupied the space at this location since 2015 and extended early through 2030. Recently, the regional franchisee was acquired by a very large franchisee.
