SRS Real Estate has completed the $7.3-million sale of retail property at 201 Middlesex Turnpike in Burlington, MA.

Multi-Tenant Retail Property in Burlington Sells for $7M

SRS Real Estate has completed the $7.3-million sale of an 8,815-square-foot, multi-tenant retail property located at 201 Middlesex Turnpike in Burlington, MA. The property is fully occupied by five tenants including Starbucks (with drive-thru) and The Sherwin Williams Company.

Matthew Mousavi and Patrick Luther of SRS represented the seller, a private real estate developer from the Northeast. Susan Harris of SRS represented the buyer, an East Coast-based private partnership.

“The buyer was a repeat client looking to satisfy a 1031 exchange,” said Harris. “This was an ideal property offering quality tenants in a thriving, densely populated retail market.”

The property was built in 2016 on just under one-acre of land. It is located directly across the street from a one million-square-foot office property and near Interstate 95.
