Multi-Tenant Retail Center In Irving Park Trades Hands

Greenstone Partners has completed the sale of 3951 N. Kimball Avenue, a multi-tenant retail center located in the heart of the Irving Park neighborhood in Chicago, Illinois, for $1.265 million.

The nearly 5,000-square-foot property features a 10-space parking lot and great street exposure with dual ingress/egress from Irving Park Road and Kimball Avenue. Upon closing, the asset was fully occupied by three tenants: Jet’s Pizza, CM Chicken and One Stop Shop.

All three tenants are encumbered under triple-net leases and possess several years of additional lease terms and option periods. Director Malek Abdulsamad of Greenstone Partners exclusively represented the purchaser in the transaction.
