Multi-Tenant Red Hook Industrial Trades to LLC
TerraCRG closed on the $10,230,000 sale of 202 Van Dyke St., a block-wide, multi-tenanted industrial warehouse, located in Red Hook, Brooklyn. Partners Ofer Cohen, Dan Marks, Daniel Lebor and associate Jackson O’Neill represented the seller.
202 Van Dyke, zoned M1-1 and therefore subject to off-street parking requirements, offers 68,000 gross square feet comprised of 36,400 square feet above grade and 32,400 square feet of usable, below-grade space. J & R Acquisition, LLC purchased the property from M-Kids, LP with a sales price reflecting $281 per above-grade square foot.
