Multi-Tenant O’Hare Industrial Trades to ML Realty

ML Realty Partners has picked up a multi-tenant industrial building at 300-330 County Line Rd. in Bensenville, IL for an undisclosed sum. Three units within the 66,939-square-foot building are occupied by longstanding tenants. A 16,396-square-foot unit remains available.

“Our team moved quickly when we heard 300-330 County Line was coming to market,” said Craig Phillips, VP of ML Realty. “The DuPage County location, building functionality, and easy access to the new I-390 tollway offers great advantage to tenants who serve the O’Hare submarket.”

The property’s location will also benefit from a planned I-294 bypass and Taft Avenue extension, that will offer direct access to the O’Hare south cargo entrance.

Jeffrey Devine and Steven Disse of Colliers International represented the seller, who was not disclosed. Adam Stokes and Sean Bostrom of Nicolson Porter & List represented ML Realty in the acquisition, and will also be responsible for leasing the available unit.
