Multi-Tenant Industrial Changes Hands in Rolling Meadows

Marcus & Millichap finalized the sale of Carnegie Street Business Center, a 25,800-square-foot industrial property in Rolling Meadows, IL. The sale price was $1,560,000.

VP Peter Doughty in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a local private investor. The buyer, another local private investor, was secured and represented by associate Neil T. Bresnahan in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office.

Carnegie Street Business Center is located at 1225 Carnegie St. in Rolling Meadows. The center is a multi-tenant industrial facility that is comprised of seven total suites ranging from 1,800 to 6,200 square feet.

“This offering was on market for one week with multiple offers procured and was a great example of the amount of capital that is still chasing incubator-style industrial deals,” said Doughty. “This transaction was a true win-win for both parties involved.”
