Multi-Tenant Industrial Building in Bridgeview Sells

Entre Commercial Realty is pleased to announce that Jeffrey Locascio, SIOR and Chris Wilbur of Entre Commercial Realty have completed the sale of a 43,750-square-foot building at 9700 Industrial Drive in Bridgeview, Illinois.

Jeffrey Locascio, SIOR and Chris Wilbur with Entre Commercial Realty were the sole brokers in this transaction. The buyer is a joint venture partnership between Oak Brook, Illinois-based real estate investor Clear Height Properties and Harbert US Real Estate, an investment strategy sponsored by Harbert Management Corporation. Entre has been retained by Clear Height to market the property for lease.

This property is a multi-tenant light industrial building located immediately off the 4-way interchange of I-294 and 95th Street. Bridgeview vacancy rates have historically remained low due to its highway accessibility and labor pool.
