Multi-Tenant Framingham Retail Goes for $7M

Freudenheim Partners arranged the sale of 280 Worcester Rd. in Framingham, MA, a western suburb of Boston. The 31,199-square-foot single-story retail building sold for $7.35 million. 

Leigh Freudenheim negotiated the sale of the building on behalf of the seller, Bosse Framingham Turf LLC, while Cindy Laughrea of Engel & Volkers represented the buyer, William Marsh Holdings LLC. 

Situated on Route 9, one of Framingham’s main shopping districts, 280 Worcester Rd. provides convenient access from major highways, including the Mass Pike. Currently it’s leased to Bosse Sports Training, Club Pilates and three other tenants.
