Multi-Tenant Dixon Retail Sells to Private Investor

Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of a 13,132-square-foot retail property located in Dixon, within the Sacramento Valley. The property sold for $3,650,000.

Investment associate Michael Grandstaff and first VP investments Christopher Hurd, both of Marcus & Millichap’s Sacramento office, marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a private investor, was also procured by Grandstaff and Hurd.

“Dixon has had a lot of recent developments in commercial and residential real estate and the city has been growing,” said Grandstaff. “We had a lot of activity on this deal while exposing it to the market.”

The multi-tenant retail property is in the parking lot of Dixon’s only Super Walmart at 105 E. Dorset Dr.
