Multi-Tenant Automotive Property Goes for $10M

Colliers arranged the sale of a multi-tenant automotive property in San Diego. The property, known as Miramar Auto Center, sold for $9,910,000. Evan McDonald and Garret Epple from Colliers represented the seller.

Located at 6690-6696 Miramar Rd. in San Diego, the multi-tenant center encompasses two separate parcels on a corner lot, which includes more than 34,015 square feet of industrial and automotive space. Positioned in Central San Diego with good visibility, Miramar Auto Center fronts highly trafficked Miramar Road and sees 53,633 cars passing daily.

“The sale of Miramar Auto Center underscores the continued strength and appeal of San Diego’s industrial market,” said McDonald. “We were proud to represent the seller in this transaction and showcase the exclusive features of this property, including its prime location, high traffic count, strong tenant mix and unique community culture.”
