Multi-Family, Multi-Partner Development Coming to North Park

A new joint, multifamily venture in San Diego has broken ground, and there are three legs on this partnership stool: Titan Development, Malick Infill Development and Thornburg Real Estate Ventures.

The new project site is at 4250 Oregon St., a 53,805-square-foot, Class-A multifamily project in SD. Of note, this property is Titan’s first investment in the Golden State, according to a news release.

The six-story, 94‐unit boutique residential community will be located at the southwest corner of El Cajon Boulevard and Oregon Street in North Park (#trendyhood).

• adjacent to North Park Water Tower and Community Park (including tennis courts, soccer fields, a softball field, basketball courts, and picnic areas)
