MTD Products Signs on at Chandler Corporate Industrial Center
Ohio-based MTD Products leased approximately 50,000 square feet at Chandler Corporate Industrial Center in the suburban Phoenix city of Chandler, AZ. The family-owned company, which manufactures outdoor power equipment, inked a 10-year lease for space in the 100,018-square-foot building at 370 N. Juniper Dr.
Greg Hopley with Colliers International represented the landlord, DPMG Juniper LLC, in lease negotiations. Cushman & Wakefield’s James Harper was the tenant representative. MTD will take occupancy of the space by the end of 2019, with approximately 120 employees on site.
“The Chandler Corporate Industrial Park was a perfect location and fit for MTD and their employees,” Hopley said. “This new location provides direct access to major retail amenities, hotels, residential communities and a variety of freeways.”
