M&T Takes 93K SF in One of Six 277 Park Ave. Leasing Deals
The Stahl Organization has secured six office leases totaling 269,000 square feet at 277 Park Ave., a 1,850,000-square-foot Class A office building in Midtown. The largest deal for 93,000 square feet will bring M&T Bank’s regional headquarters over from 350 Park Ave.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Mark P. Boisi, Bryan Boisi and Gordon Hough represented The Stahl Organization in all six transactions. Joshua Stein and Lauren Silk of Joshua Stein PLLC served as ownership’s legal representation on all listed transactions.
Other leases included the following:
- Visa International expanded its penthouse occupancy to approximately 50,000 square feet on a long-term basis.
- Stepstone Group will occupy approximately 50,000 square feet.
- Intermediate Capital Group has committed to approximately 40,000 square feet, expanding from its current occupancy at 600 Lexington Ave.
- National Australia Bank signed a 24,000-square-foot-lease to relocate from 245 Park Ave.
- Long-term tenant Imperial Capital extended its lease of approximately 12,000 square feet.
