M&T Realty Capital Corporation Appoints Sandy DeFelice, Leslie Duchene to Key FHA Roles

Baltimore, MD-based M&T Realty Capital Corporation has named Sandy DeFelice as FHA platform manager and Leslie Duchene as managing director/FHA chief underwriter.

DeFelice is responsible for overseeing and managing FHA opportunities and growing the M&T Realty Capital Corporation program, while Duchene is responsible credit/risk oversight, compliance, quality control, budgeting and team management for the day to day underwriting activities and personnel for the FHA platform.

DeFelice has been with M&T Realty Capital Corporation for over 20 years and through her ability to cultivate relationships with in the private and public development sectors has financed over $3 billion in multifamily affordable and conventional financings as well as seniors housing and healthcare financings.

Duchene has nearly 28 years of commercial real estate finance and title insurance experience and more than 25-years specialized in FHA Insured finance for multifamily and healthcare.  Prior to joining M&T Realty Capital Corporation she was the managing director and FHA program manager for CBRE’s FHA lending platform.
