MS Prime Six Park Sells All Five Buildings Before Doors Open

MS Prime Six Business Park was completed last month with all five buildings being under contract prior to completion. Lee & Associates recently closed five sales transactions totaling 91,987 square feet in the business park located at 21550-21750 Van Buren Blvd. in Riverside.

Mario Calvillo in the Lee & Associates Riverside office represented the seller, Silagi Development & Management.

“This was a unique and rare small building project that provided individual fee simple buildings each with three dock-high doors, oversized ground-level door, secured yard, and all concrete parking and truck apron. These buildings speak to the continued vision and passion of Mr. Silagi to deliver class-A functioning product for local users and/or investors. Mr. Silagi is proceeding with the next small building project referred to as MS 215 located in the city of Riverside. This project consists of six fee-simple buildings ranging from 12,000 square feet to 25,000 square feet and is currently under construction with four out of six buildings under contract,” said Calvillo.
