MRP Realty and LaSalle Investment Management are nearly done with the redevelopment of Crystal & Clark (previously Century Center) offices located in Arlington, VA.

MRP Realty, LaSalle Investment Management Near End of Crystal & Clark Redev

Washington, DC-based real estate operating company MRP Realty and LaSalle Investment Management have neared completion of their redevelopment efforts at Crystal & Clark (previously Century Center) office complex located in Arlington, VA’s National Landing neighborhood.

The building at 2450 Crystal Drive comprises a total of 336,229 square feet of office space and 51,443 square feet of retail. 2461 S Clark Street has a total office footprint of 232,969 square feet, of which 18,980 is retail.

Upgrades to the buildings include lobby redevelopment, the largest office conference center in National Landing, fitness center and locker rooms, 2nd and 3rd floor terraces with indoor/outdoor meeting spaces and tenant townhall amenity space. An outdoor plaza with additional retail and restaurant space connects the two buildings.

Also included in the property’s strategy is a 334,270-square-foot residential tower that provides 302 units across 24 stories and 21,863 square feet of additional retail.

MRP Realty is handling development and construction management for project. Lincoln Property Company handles leasing.
