MRC Relocates to Tishman Speyer’s 520 Madison

Madison Realty Capital (MRC) is moving its headquarters to Tishman Speyer’s 520 Madison Ave. The real estate private equity firm has signed a 20,000-square-foot lease to relocate from 825 Third Ave., where it has been based for the past 12 years.

The new space will allow MRC to further grow its further debt and equity investment operations, while also accommodating its increased staffing needs. “Our new Manhattan headquarters office marks the latest phase of Madison Realty Capital’s long-term expansion strategy as well as another major milestone for our company,” said managing principal Josh Zegen.

He added, “The original MRC headquarters served us well for over a decade but our continuous growth required additional space to accommodate the needs of our business with room for anticipated future expansion.”

Cushman & Wakefield’s Adam Doneger, Anthony LoPresti and Ethan Silverstein represented MRC in leasing negotiations. Tishman Speyer was represented in-house.
