MRC Provides $225M Construction Loan for Mandarin Oriental Condo Project

New York-based private equity firm Madison Realty Capital provided a $225 million construction loan for The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, a 288,000-square-foot condominium tower in Boca Raton.

The 92-unit tower is the third and final phase of Via Mizner, a two-million-square-foot mixed-use project being developed by Penn-Florida Cos. that also includes a new Mandarin Oriental Hotel. Construction of The Residences began several months ago and is scheduled to be completed in less than two years.

Anthony Orso, Bill Weber and Henry Stimler of NKF represented Penn-Florida in the financing transaction with Madison Realty Capital.
