M&R Luxury Rentals Near Milwaukee Hold Grand Opening

M&R Development held the grand opening of 42 Hundred on the Lake, its new 236-unit luxury apartment building overlooking Lake Michigan in St. Francis, WI, five miles south of downtown Milwaukee. Development partners, St. Francis Mayor Ken Tutaj, local civic leaders and residents of the property attended a ribbon-cutting ceremony recently at the community, which is more than 65% leased.

“We are delighted to celebrate the grand opening of 42 Hundred on the Lake, which is the fastest-leasing property in our firm’s history and just a stunning development inside and out,” said Anthony Rossi, Sr., managing partner, M&R Development, which is co-developing the community with Campbell Capital Group.

“Timing is everything,” he continued. “We started pre-leasing the building in mid-April, right when pandemic restrictions were starting to loosen, so there was definitely a rush from renters who were anxious to move into something new.”
