CHI St. Luke’s Health has been unveiled as the first healthcare partner for Vivacity. Vivacity is a 186-acre medical district being developed within the Valley Ranch master-planned community in Porter, TX, northeast of Houston.

CHI St. Luke’s already has a presence in Houston’s northwest and north submarkets, but doesn’t have a physical presence in the metro’s far northeast area. The healthcare organization is partnering with Valley Ranch developer, Signorelli Co., to determine “how to best integrate its expertise in planning and phasing for a broad range of health care services . . .” according to a press release from CHI St. Luke’s.

Vivacity, a pedestrian-friendly medical district, will be at Grand Parkway and Interstate 69/U.S. 59. Valley Ranch, consisting of residential development and the Valley Ranch Town Center – one of the largest retail centers north of Houston – encompasses a total of 1,400 acres.
