MoxieBridge Snags 168K-SF North Texas Industrial Portfolio

MoxieBridge is now the proud owner of a 168,600-square-foot industrial portfolio, consisting of seven buildings on 35 acres. The portfolio is in Dallas, Fort Worth and Grand Prairie, totals 35 acres, and is 100% leased. The seller, listed under various entities, was traced to Holt Lunsford Commercial of Dallas.

All three assets have an abundance of trailer parking. The portfolio consists of:

  • The 67,500-square-foot building at 2202 Manana Dr., Dallas
  • The 67,500-square-foot Mark IV, 5309 Superior Pkwy., Fort Worth
  • The 33,600-square-foot High Prairie Business Park, 1830-1840 High Prairie Rd., Grand Prairie

“This type of industrial space, with the parking component, is in high demand in the D-FW market, and is a trend that shows no signs of slowing down,” said MoxieBridge’s Travis Ward. “North Texas is delivering more than 20 million square feet of new warehouse space each year, creating a lot of new demand for the trucking business as well.”
