Move to Dallas Low-Rise Suits Healthcare Network’s New Workspace Needs

Catapult Health, a national provider of employer-sponsored preventive checkups, has signed a new 30,656-square-foot office lease in The Offices at Prestonwood Place at 5294 Belt Line Rd. in Dallas. The company is relocating from its previous location at 8144 Walnut Hill Ln. Transwestern principal Michael Griffin represented Catapult Health.

Prestonwood Place is a 133,353-square-foot, mixed-use development on a 16-acre site in Dallas’ Addison submarket. In 2020, the site was revamped with new office space and updated retail opportunities.

“Employee workspace expectations have been turned upside down over the past year,” said David Michel, CEO of Catapult Health. “Tall office buildings with crowded elevators and open floor plans have become pariahs. That’s why we challenged Michael Griffin and the Transwestern team to locate a new type of office where we can build our culture and community safely.”

CBRE’s Trey Smith, Lauren Napper and Ward Eastman represented landlord Northwood Investors LLC.
