Move to 200 Park Ave. Will Consolidate BDO’s Manhattan Offices

Tishman Speyer and Irvine Company have secured a 15-year, 145,000-square-foot lease with BDO USA LLP at 200 Park Ave. in Midtown Manhattan.

The accounting and advisory firm will consolidate its three Manhattan offices into three floors at 200 Park, effective January 2024. BDO will also occupy a dedicated portion of the lobby of the 3.1-million-square-foot office tower, which is undergoing a transformation that includes strengthening its connection to Grand Central Terminal.

Tishman Speyer and Irvine Company were represented in-house by Tishman Speyer’s Gus Field and Megan Sheehan. Avson Young’s Mitti Liebersohn, Mark Robbins, Keith Caggiano, Jeff Lindenmeyer and Jeff Burger represented BDO USA throughout the process.

“BDO USA’s decision to centralize its Manhattan presence speaks to the firm’s long-term commitment to New York City and strategic efforts to attract top talent while continuing to provide best-in-class service to its clients,” said Liebersohn.
