Movable Inks 13K-SF Lease at 841 Broadway

The Feil Organization has signed a long-term lease with Movable Ink for 13,716 square feet at 841 Broadway in Downtown, known as the Roosevelt Building. Movable Ink, which specializes in automating and personalizing customer engagements, now brings the property to full occupancy.

Built in 1894 by architect Stephen Hatch, 841 Broadway is located at the corner of 13th Street, near Union Square Park. The Feil Organization was represented by Andrew Weiner, Rob Fisher, and Henry Korzec, while Movable Ink was represented by Peter Trivelas, Chris Helgesen, Dirk Hrobsky, and Gary Ceder of Cushman & Wakefield.

“Our client was looking for an office space that was not only highly accessible, but also offered the potential for scalable growth. Having previously collaborated with the Feil Organization, we knew this space would be a great fit for Movable, positioning the company for continued success,” said Trivelas.
