Mountain View Capital Acquires Colorado Springs MF for Nearly $53M

Boulder, CO-based Mountain View Capital acquired Volta at Voyager, a multi-housing community in Colorado Springs, CO from BY Development for $52.6 million. The property at 11275 Nahcolite Point includes 200 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments in five different layouts.

JLL’s Mack Nelson and Christopher White represented the seller, while JLL’s Josh Simon and Kristian Lichtenfels arranged $37.556 million acquisition financing on behalf of the buyer. Community amenities include an onsite Bark Park and Paw Spa for residents’ dogs, grill stations, pool and hot tub, resort-style clubhouse, fitness center, and a Serenity Center for relaxation and yoga.
