Most Expensive Condos at One Manhattan Square Revealed

Extell Development Company unveiled the 25 super-luxury condominiums in its Skyscape Collection, the most expensive condominiums at its already-pricey One Manhattan Square development on Manhattan’s Lower East Side.

One duplex penthouse apartment in the Skyscape Collection has already sold for $13 million.

“With occupancy just over one year away, we’re confident this limited collection of special homes will receive the same strong interest we’ve experienced since launching sales,” said Raizy Haas, senior vice president of development for Extell.

Designed by Adamson Associates Architects and complemented by custom Meyer Davis Studio interiors, the 815 condominiums at One Manhattan Square will have access to 100,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities.
