Moses Lake Commerce Center Launches in Central Washington
Third Security, LLC, a Virginia-based investment management firm, has broken ground on Moses Lake Commerce Center, a 42-acre industrial development in Moses Lake, WA. The project is commencing with the construction of a 108,000-square-foot, temperature-controlled, food-grade processing facility on 10-acres.
The development will be the first industrial park in Grant County to offer companies seeking production, warehouse or other industrial facilities with a lease or purchase option, built to suit. Located adjacent to Grant County Industrial Airport, Moses Lake Commerce Center offers an additional 32-acres of land that could support up to 692,000 square feet of Class A industrial space. Cushman & Wakefield’s Greg Millerd and Nic Alfieri along with Keller-Williams’ Russ Roberts are marketing the project. Hansen-Rice has been tabbed to plan, design and construct the facility.
“The process of identifying a suitable building site for our portfolio company’s expansion convinced us that Moses Lake is a strategic vibrant community whose growth will be well served through the Moses Lake Commerce Center,” said Third Security CEO Julian Kirk.
