Mosaic Construction Expands Footprint at New Northbrook Office
Mosaic Construction, LLC, a full-service commercial and multifamily design-build firm, has moved to a new office at 4201 Lake Cook Road in Northbrook, Illinois. The space was designed to support in-person collaboration for the company’s growing team of 24 team members.
The office move was brokered by Todd Mintz, Senior Managing Director at JLL. Other trade partners include Frank Bak Decorating and FastSigns Northbrook. The landlord is Xroads Real Estate Advisors.
“We designed the office to reflect an exciting next chapter for our 33-year-old company,” said Founder & CEO, Andy Poticha. “Our diverse portfolio of commercial, multifamily, residential, retail and cannabis design-build projects has driven significant growth of our company and our team.”
Located on the first floor of a Class-A property north of Chicago, the 5,600-square-foot open-concept suite is filled with natural light, outfitted with private offices, flex stations, huddle rooms, and a large kitchen with meeting areas.
