Mosaic, Brookview Secure Construction Financing for St. Pete MF

A JV between Mosaic Development LLC and The Brookview Cos. secured a $16-million construction loan for the development of Gallery 3100, a 122-unit apartment project in St. Petersburg. The site is located in the historic Kenwood neighborhood, within downtown’s Central Avenue corridor.

The four-story property will have one and two-bedroom units, ranging from 663 to 1,098 square feet. Plans also include 17 workforce housing units. Wrapped around a three-level parking structure, the apartment building will feature local artists work within the resident amenity space, as well as a centrally-located outdoor courtyard and pool/pool deck.

Amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, dog wash and dog park, bike storage, a club and social room, co-work space, a fourth-floor amenity deck overlooking the courtyard and pool. Gallery 3100 is slated for completion in spring 2021.

NKF’s Matthew Williams, and James Maynard arranged the financing through Synovus Bank.
