Morrison Market Food Hall Opens in Southeast PDX
A new food hall quietly opened in Southeast Portland on Southeast 10th Avenue, between Morrison and Alder Streets in an unmarked building behind Holocene. Morrison Market, at 722 SE 10th Ave., is owned by MMIO Corporation.
The indoor food hall has stalls that are open to the public, and features eateries ranging from breakfast options to beer bar. There’s also a concert venue and a central bar with TVs located in the center of the industrial-like space.
Already open are Obon Shokuto, which serves vegan Japanese food, Havana Station, a Cuban sandwich stall, and The Krazy Kokonut, a breakfast and acai bowl spot. Among the food options coming are Mixteca, a favorite PDX tamale spot, Spice of Africa, Be Sweet, a vegan ice creamery, and Abu Omar gyros and shwarma.
