Morgan has been selected by Howard Hughes Communities to manage more than 3,250 residences across 11 build-to-rent communities in The Woodlands and Bridgeland.

The new assignment encompasses eight communities in The Woodlands: One Lakes Edge, Two Lakes Edge, 1 Riva Row, Creekside Park The Grove, Creekside Park The Residences, The Lane at Waterway, The Millennium Six Pines, and The Millennium One Waterway Avenue, as well as three communities in Bridgeland: Starling at Bridgeland, Lakeside Row The Residences, and Wingspan. Morgan delivers end-to-end leasing, resident services, and onsite operations across all 11 communities.

Over the past year, the firm has grown from 18,000 to 23,000 units under management, fueled by the addition of the Howard Hughes Communities portfolio in Houston and rapid growth in Florida. Morgan is now the fourth-largest property manager in Houston.
