Morgan Group Opens Latest Pearl Apartment Venture

Pearl Rosemont has opened its first units to Houston residents. The Morgan Group expects to finish the remaining 13-story building’s units in a few months. The company has 12 other premium Pearl projects scattered across the Sunbelt.

The Houston Business Journal reports that the property was at onetime Kindred Hospital Midtown. It was torn down to make way for Morgan’s latest venture.

The new apartment building offers nine floors of units, sitting atop four stories of parking. In all, the building will ultimately have 298 apartments. The units have an average size of 867 square feet and range from 571 square feet to 2,375 square feet.

The community’s amenities include a clubroom with a living room, a library, a den and a coffee bar. Pearl Rosemont’s sky lounge is equipped with conference rooms, a catering kitchen, a lounge, an outdoor living area, a double fireplace and a wraparound balcony with views of downtown.
