Morgan Group Launching The Pearl in Bee Cave
The Morgan Group is slated to break ground on The Pearl development this September in Bee Cave.
Located off RR 620, The Morgan Group will be developing a 322-unit luxury apartment community.
Community Impact reports the apartments will feature a near mile-long trail open to the public with scenic views of Balcones Canyonland. There will also be improvements to land nearby at the southeast corner of Bee Cave Parkway and RR 620, like added benches and walking trails.
On-site amenities will include a clubhouse, a lounge with a golf simulator, a work-from-home business center and other communal work areas.
The first units are expected to be completed by the end of 2024 while the project in its entirety will take two years to complete.
