Moreno Valley Welcomes Solaris Paper

Solaris Paper, Inc., a U.S.-based manufacturer of premium quality kitchen, bath, and facial tissue, selected an industrial facility in Moreno Valley, CA for an operational consolidation. The company plans to occupy an 862,000-square-foot, LEED-Certified facility to be constructed at Prologis Park Moreno Valley Eucalyptus.

Solaris Paper’s James Rice says, “This is a win-win for us, as we hope to not only transfer our entire existing workforce, but offer new job opportunities to those already within the Moreno Valley area as well.”

The property is west of ALDI’s distribution center and western regional HQ along State Route 60, between Moreno Beach Drive and Redlands Boulevard. Solaris joins numerous Fortune 500 and international companies that have created more than 14,000 new Moreno Valley jobs in the past four years.

CBRE’s Dave Ellis, Chip Wright, Joey Sugar and Dave Consani represented the tenant. Lee & Associate’s Bill Heim and Michael Chavez represented Prologis.
