
Moreno Valley Retail Center Trades for $21M
Colliers has arranged the $21 million sale of Moreno Beach Plaza II, an 82,000-square-foot shopping center along the 60 Freeway in Moreno Valley, CA. The property is 96% leased to several prominent tenants, including LA Fitness, Autozone and Panda Express.
Collier’s El Warner, Charley Simpson, Caitlin Zirpolo and Jordan Gomez represented the seller, a West Coast investment firm. The center features three single-tenant parcels, a multi-tenant pad building and a two-tenant anchor building situated on nine acres.
“Moreno Beach Plaza presented an attractive investment opportunity in one of the fastest-growing cities in Southern California,” said Warner in a news release. “With continued population gains and a surging employment base in the Inland Empire, investors are highly motivated to acquire quality retail properties with significant upside.”
