Moreno Valley Retail Building Trades for $3M

Progressive Real Estate Partners’ Pablo Velasco and Albert Lopez have represented the owner in the $2.8 million sale of a 13,000-square-foot retail building at the Towngate Promenade in Moreno Valley, CA. The seller, Gateway Company L.C. sold the property to a private party that plans to open a Kids Empire franchise at the location. 

Kids Empire is an indoor playground with age-appropriate play structures, climbing walls, slides, rides and more. Headquartered in SoCal, Kids Empire has over 30 locations in 10 different U.S. states.

The Towngate Promenade features several well-known tenants including 24 Hour Fitness, Costco, The Habit, and Applebees. The center is located at the juncture of the 60 and 215 freeways and is adjacent to the Moreno Valley Mall that includes over 140 shops, services and restaurants.
