More Than a Third of the Condos Sold at 101 W. 78th St.
Just three months after launching sales, 38% of all the condominiums at 101 West 78th St. are already in contract.
“The market has responded incredibly well to the design and finishes of these exquisite residences,” said Tom Shapiro, president of GTIS Partners, which is converting the eight-story building, built in 1886, into 21 condominium apartments across from the American Museum of Natural History.
The condominiums now listed average $7.5 million each, or $2,500 per square foot. Closings are expected to commence in early autumn.
