More Tenants Taking Space at The Rim

Hines has signed deals with new tenants at The Rim, a 1.8 million-square-foot power center in San Antonio’s northwest sector. Rodger Anderson with CBRE represented Hines in the following leases:

  • Steel City Pops, which is leasing 1,156 square feet; its second San Antonio location
  • Torchy’s Taco’s, which is leasing 3,965 square feet for a restaurant and outdoor patio
  • Panera Bread, which is leasing 5,639 square feet. Construction is underway on the restaurant, which will be the chain’s seventh in the metro.

The Rim, at 17503 La Cantera Pkwy., is part of a mixed-use, master-planned development that contains four hotels and 1,750 residential units that are operational and under construction.
