More Office Space Dev Continues Apace in Orange County

Irvine Company is the largest owner of office space in California – no small feat, assuredly. Most of Irvine’s holdings are in Orange County. And the company plans to add to that footprint with the next phase of several recent projects/builds.

The Innovation Office Park, just off The 5 freeway, is the Newport Beach-based company’s plan for seven, low-rise buildings that will eventually add about 260,000 square feet to Irvine’s portfolio – that’s short-term additional square footage. When fully built out, Irvine expects the Innovation Office Park’s 73 acres will provide about 1 million square feet of office space.

The Irvine Company touts its “green” credentials when building new projects. One of the first tenants to occupy the next-generation of workspace development at Innovation Office Park is Frost Giant Studios – a growing e-sports software development and gaming company.

Frost Giant Studios CEO Tim Morten chose the open-air office village, Innovation Office Park.   Other amenities include electric roll-up doors, an open-air cafe, outdoor workspaces and an indoor/outdoor fitness center.
