More Development Planned for Plano, TX

The Baccus family, one of the founding families of Plano, TX, has tapped Provident Realty Advisors for a new, mixed-use project at Dallas North Tollway and Spring Creek Parkway. Dubbed The Legacy at Spring Creek, the 37-acre development will offer up to 100,000 square feet of retail space, three office buildings and a 200-room boutique hotel. Construction will get underway in Q1 2018.

Chris Taylor, Trey Smith and Ward Eastman of Cushman & Wakefield are handling office leasing, with space being marketed as build to suit. Scott Rodgers of DuWest Realty is overseeing retail leasing.

“The chance to work with a family that has owned this land for a very long time and create a legacy, is a special opportunity for us. Hence, its name, The Legacy at Spring Creek,” said Leon Backes, president of Provident Realty Advisors.

The area is supporting other developments, including Legacy West and Shops at Legacy.
