Moore, Fujita Team Leaves CBRE for CushWake in Las Vegas

One of Southern Nevada’s most productive investment sales teams is leaving CBRE for Cushman & Wakefield. A four-person team led by Charles Moore and Marlene Fujita Winkel, who bring more than 50 years of combined experience in the sale of office, medical office, retail and industrial properties, are joining as Executive Directors.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Dan Broderick says, “The addition of Charles, Marlene, and team is a testament to Cushman & Wakefield’s continued strength and success in Nevada, and affirms our commitment to offering clients the best level of talent and services. For over two decades, this team has proven themselves as the top investment sales group in Southern Nevada, and we are delighted to have them as a valued member of our Las Vegas team.”

Moore, who spent the past nearly 24 years at CBRE, most recently served as an SVP on CBRE Investment Properties Las Vegas’ Capital Markets group. Fujita most recently served as a Senior Vice President at CBRE, where she’s spent the past 18 years. Also joining are Hunter Bradshaw and Bart DeBuono.

The team has managed the acquisition and disposition of more than 9.4 million square feet of commercial real estate, collectively valued at more than $8 billion over their careers. It was one of CBRE’s top investment sales teams nationally, including ranking among CBRE’s Top 7 in 2011, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018.
