Moody REIT II Pays $74M for SpringHill Suites

Moody National REIT II Inc., headquartered in Houston, has acquired the 234-key Marriott SpringHill Suites Hotel in Seattle for $74.1 million. The property is at 1800 Yale Ave. The seller was TIC SHS Seattle 26 LLC, according to public records.

Located on the southeast corner of Stewart Street and Yale Avenue in downtown Seattle, the 234 room select-service Springhill Suites Seattle sits in one of the city’s major transportation routes with ready access to the corporate homes of Amazon, Microsoft, Nordstrom and REI. The hotel is near Puget Sound, and within walking distance to the Seattle Space Needle.
