Montecito Medical Acquires 69K-SF Musculoskeletal Institute

The Musculoskeletal Institute, a 68,952-square-foot Class A medical building in Tyler, TX, sold to Montecito Medical Real Estate of Nashville. The seller of the building at 3414 Golden Rd. was listed as the Musculoskeletal Institute of Tyler LLC. John Riddle, Clinton Parker and Michael Peel with Brown Gibbons Lang & Co. represented the seller in the transaction.

Completed in 2000, the ambulatory surgical center and orthopedic clinic is situated on six acres, and occupied by Azalea Orthopedic & Spine and Baylor Scott & White Texas Spine & Joint Hospital. The property is situated approximately 2.5 miles from the University of Texas Health Science Center and CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital.
